About

Since 1994, the owners of FABMAC Homes, Inc. have been installing factory-built HUD Code homes. We feel these homes are superior, and we have found fewer problems with the structural components of these homes than with comparable site-built homes. We have our own set-up crews to assemble the homes and install the HUD approved site-specific foundation system. These homes are built to strict, national building codes that regulate design, construction, strength, durability, transportability, fire resistance, energy efficiency, and quality control.

We are Licensed General Contractors in Hawai’i, with factory agreements and a shipping network in place. Our factories use high quality building materials, skilled workmanship, and cutting edge technology to create a home that will last for generations to come. These homes are Energy Star, which means they cost less to operate than any other equivalent house, and they use fewer resources than any other building solution. Francesca Carey

When my husband and I first moved to Maui, I wanted to learn all I could about our island home. I enrolled in the Hawaiian Studies program at the UH Maui, and learned that the crisis in affordable housing was creating hardship and separating local families. They could not afford to buy a home and raise their children. Teachers, police, firefighters, nurses, non-profit and county workers were leaving the island. Something had to be done about the affordable housing problem and I wanted to help. I knew that if I tried, I could find a way. FABMAC Homes, Inc. is a Hawai’i corporation, created in 2006. We started building homes in 2009, and we now have more than 20 homes here on the island.

Charlie Morgan

Charlie has been an important part of FABMAC Homes since 2010. He has more than 20 years experience working with factory-built homes. He is able to solve any situation with his expertise and ability to “think outside the box”. His experience includes one-story, two-story, multi-family, and residential developments. His calm demeanor, leadership qualities and problem solving skills have been a cornerstone of the company.
